I had a session with valbona a couple of weeks ago, what an amazing person she is, I was at ease all the time and had three past lives, in each life I felt that person, one of those past lives I was hanged and that is the reason I can’t wear a scarf around my neck, wow everything just makes more sense now, I had some healing for a leg pain and now I have no trouble or pain in my leg, absolutely fantastic would recommend a session with valbona, xxxxxxxx

A series of events over a short space of time led me to QHHT and in turn Valbona. With very limited knowledge of QHHT I remained open minded, however after the preceding events and speaking to Bona everything just felt right.
Bona is accommodating, open, honest and puts heart and soul into her therapy. We spoke via an initial telephone conversation followed by an informal face-to-face chat before the session which out me completely at ease.
The session provided me with answers – which I can only describe as profound feelings – to some deeper questions I was unable to process up until this point. This has provided me with self guidance which has been invaluable.
I am still processing other parts of the session to this day – months after the session – with a feeling of increased clarity over time. Bona brings a depth to the session which I have never experienced with any other type of therapy or therapist.

We meet people for a reason. I believe meeting Valbona had a higher purpose. She helped me become aware of things that we usually can’t do alone.
Second, QHHT exceeded my expectations. I feel much better. I would say the anxiety is gone, I feel more at peace. And the most important thing I can say is that my personality has finally integrated. I have more empathy.

I finally got the healing I needed and deserved. Simply life changing! Valbona exudes such a loving presence that I felt able to share my life with her from the get go. I was able to release fears surrounding experiences in childhood and much needed answers to the questions I had of that time. Val is a loving, caring, sweet piece of firework! We had fun, I laughed a lot I cried, I felt incredibly empowered, energised, accepted, cared for.
I arrived the evening before the treatment and we had a fabulous Italian dinner. As I was travelling by train and bus, Val drove me around and I felt a bit as if I had come home.
I do not remember much of the treatment itself, what I do know is that I ended up feeling empowered, energised , as a ton of bricks was lifted from my shoulders, and ready to conquer the world!

With an interest in qhht I found this beautiful soul Valbona. After a lovely chat to explain the process I booked in to have my session. I went in with expectations as I had watched many sessions online. I wish I had cleared my mind of this before session as I think it would have helped me with relax and shout of the overthinking.
However, my experience was so different from my expectations that it has given me a deeper understanding of myself. I am still trying to process the session and what happened as it was so unique and out of this world. I am very grateful for Valbona and her gifts and I hope to have another session in the future to uncover more. I would recommend this to anyone wanting a deeper understanding of themselves.

Valbona made me feel 100% comfortable while talking about my life. I felt she cared and I undertood that talking about my life would give valbona a better chance to help me at the second part of this session, the hypnoses part. Which turned out to be an amazing experience . Valbona looked after me and guided me to a different state that helped me get the answers to questions I had asked that I needed to improve my life. Amazing! Being a student with so many decisions to make and uncertainty. After some research, it sent me to quantum healing where I found the outstanding Valbona who was so inviting and showed she cared for my life situation.
Where I went through past lives I could see everything as a film I was shown three different lives and I understand what was the lesson/purpose in each life as this experience turned my life around as I learnt lessons and the purposes of my past life. My subconscious guided me through, to help me understand my path in life and deal with difficult decisions that I have been struggling with. The healing session also provided a body scan which concluded with the healing light that my right ankle needed attention as the pain was building up there. After some resistance from my conscious mind Valbona was adamant to get some healing done which has massively helped me not to worry about my ankle anymore as healing was done and I never felt it ever since.

I was drawn to Val for my QHHT session, she is a practitioner listed on the official QHHT website. I’d heard some wonderful stories and information from the sessions conducted by Dolores Cannon through her books and wanted the experience for my own growth and curiosity.

I was quite nervous having never had a session before but I needn’t have been. As soon as I met Val, I felt a connection with her and her lovely relaxed, friendly manner soon dispelled any of my anxieties and I felt complete trust in her.
Amazingly she had no difficulty putting me into relaxed hypnosis and I recalled several past lives over several hours. The experience of which continues to give me insights into my present life.
Val exudes such positive energy, love, and a real passion and enthusiasm for the work she is doing. By constantly striving to learn more, she endeavours to be an instrument of healing.

November 2020 I had my first session with Val. I was a little nervous but also excited to experience something new. Val eased my concerns quickly and I am so thankful for everything.
A traumatic experience I had 19 years ago, I thought I healed from I hadn’t, I just boxed it off. I now believe this to have assisted to some memory loss I have experienced over the years but I am in full swing of healing from that experience.
I’ve been a smoker for over 20 years, I have been able to give up smoking. Something I have tried many times over the years but I feel healed from that addiction I had.
So many things in my life make sense weeks after my first session with Val, my healing process is wonderful.
